Gentle, rhythmic manual drainage to reduce bloating and water retention, support recovery after surgery, and leave you feeling lighter.

Manual lymphatic drainage uses slow, light, rhythmic strokes that follow the direction of your lymphatic system, encouraging fluid to move and drain naturally. It is one of the gentlest treatments in the studio, and one of the most relaxing.
Mariana offers it as a full-body reset, as a targeted abdominal detox with a body wrap, and as post-operative care in a series of sessions once your surgeon has cleared you.
Clients come for

A lymphatic session runs 60 to 75 minutes and asks nothing of you but to rest.
You share how you are feeling, any swelling or discomfort, and any recent procedure.
Light strokes at the neck and collarbone prepare the system to receive fluid.
Slow, rhythmic movements over the body, always in the direction of natural flow.
A few quiet minutes, water, and gentle aftercare notes.
Yes. Lymph vessels sit just under the skin, so the most effective pressure is very light. If you are used to deep massage it may feel surprisingly soft, and that is exactly the point.
Only once your surgeon has cleared you, which is often within the first week or two. Bring their aftercare instructions to your first session and Mariana will work within them.
With an active infection, a fever, certain heart or kidney conditions, or an untreated blood clot. If you are unsure, check with your doctor first and mention it when you book.
Most clients feel calm, lighter and a little sleepy. Drink plenty of water, and expect to visit the bathroom more often for the rest of the day.
Come as you are. Mariana will take it from there.
