Not sure where to start?
If your focus is contour and tone, start with Body Sculpt 360 or a package. If you are feeling heavy or puffy, or you are recovering from a procedure, lymphatic drainage is usually the better first step.
The consultation with Mariana is complimentary. Book it, talk through what you are hoping for, and leave with a plan.
Questions about treatments
Do the treatments hurt?▼
No. Sculpting techniques can feel warm or firm, and lymphatic drainage is very light, but nothing should ever be painful. Tell Mariana at any point if you would like more or less intensity.
Can I combine treatments?▼
Yes, and many clients do. The packages exist for exactly that, and a lymphatic session pairs well before or after sculpting. Mention it when you book and Mariana will plan the order.
How do the packages work?▼
You choose the number of sessions, then mix and match treatments across them. Sessions are booked every 3 days and the package is completed within 30 days for the best results.
What should I do after a session?▼
Drink water, take it easy, and let your body settle. Mariana will give you simple aftercare notes tailored to the treatment you had.
What if I need to cancel?▼
We get it that sometimes things come up. Mamacitabod has a 30% cancellation fee, so if you are unable to make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will reschedule you.
