Lymphatic Drainage and Post-Op Care

Full Body Lymphatic Massage

Detox, de-bloat and rejuvenate your body with our gentle full-body lymphatic massage. It stimulates your lymphatic system to flush out toxins, reduce water retention and improve circulation for a lighter, more sculpted feeling.

Manual lymphatic drainage uses slow, light, rhythmic strokes that follow the direction of your lymphatic system, encouraging fluid to move and drain naturally. In this 60-minute full-body session at Mamacitabod, Mariana opens the pathways at the neck and collarbone first, then works the whole body in the direction of natural flow.

Clients come for

  • Less bloating and water retention.
  • Better circulation and a calmer nervous system.
  • A lighter body after a sculpting session, travel or a long week.

Perfect post-sculpting or any time you need a full-body reset. Most clients feel calm, lighter and a little sleepy afterwards; drink plenty of water for the rest of the day.

Questions about Full Body Lymphatic Massage

Is lymphatic massage really that gentle?▼

Yes. Lymph vessels sit just under the skin, so the most effective pressure is very light. If you are used to deep massage it may feel surprisingly soft, and that is the point.

When should I avoid lymphatic drainage?▼

With an active infection, a fever, certain heart or kidney conditions, or an untreated blood clot. If you are unsure, check with your doctor first and mention it when you book.
